Review: Highly Recommend Not using this company! Aaron and Brin the Manager are a joke. They’ll put you off for weeks to get a job done. Brin will act like he’s going to correct the issues and then point the finger to Aaron. Last I knew it doesn’t take 4 weeks to install garage doors properly and SEAL them Correctly! No daylight showing. They’ll blame the build or anything they can when the doors are NOT even square. This is RIDICULOUS and the customer service is beyond unprofessional. Cheaper doesn’t always mean Better people!

Review: We have used Royal multiple times. The first time they corrected an issue from a different garage door company and it cost less. The second time our spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday. We called Monday morning and they were out that afternoon to fix it. They are affordable, always quick to respond, and get the work done right.

Review: Called to schedule but they needed to know what brand of motor, the lady actually recommended I call a different company at that time. To give it another try since they had worked on it a couple years prior, I confirmed the brand and called back, but never showed up or called. Not sure what happened but they don’t want business. Called Precision at 6:15 p.m and they are coming out tomorrow
