Very knowledgeable and able to explain in layman terms. Did not try to upsell any parts or services but recommended additional options in case I wanted to fix lesser issues that were not urgent at the moment but could fail in the future. Review: Branden Jones did an excellent job of fixing my garage door. He was very professional and courteous. This was a last minute request for the garage to be fixed as I needed my car and the garage door wouldn’t open. It was fairly late in the evening and he came right over.
