Review: Great customer service – while other businesses never responded to my inquiries, Precision offered to send a technician the same day. The young man that arrived was knowledge, competent, and patient as he explained what was needed and why.I appreciate that he outlined multiple options for my repair – “we can do this, it will cost this much, it will likely last this long” – vs trying to sell a set package. He did a great job.
